I want to learn...

I have two things that I want to learn.
I want to learn more about HTML because it is so funtastics!! I had thought HTML was very difficult, but I noticed that it was not so complicated. I learned basic things to make a web page, but I want to learn more to make more interesting web page like popular web pages. How can I put on music on my web page? How can I make original animation on my web page using a degital camera or ilastration?
Also I want to know the way that I can find a useful web page easily. Sometimes, I cannot find dependable information and only can find undependable information, so I think maybe I do not ues the Internet effectively.

Viral Video

I did not know the term, viral video. First, I thought that viral video was a video clip that contains computer virus, and if a computer opened the video, it caused the trouble. I researched about it, and I realized that my guess was wrong.
Viral video means any video clips that are shared by many people through e-mail, messengers, blogs, and other websites. The most famous viral video site can be You Tube. Viral videos spread like a virus, so the name was given.
Viral videos are originally funny video clips made personally. Recently, the popularity of viral video on the Internet is used to promote new musicians or TV idols.
Thus, I noticed that I had seen viral videos even though I had not known the word.

ＧＩＦＴＳ！！

If I buy a present for my family, first I will choose a skype- set for my parents and sister. Because my sister lives in Texas, I cannot call her as much as I want, so if she has a camera and a microphone, we will enjoy talking the same as when we lived together. Also, skype is useful after I go to Nevada in order to talk with parents. Next, I want to present a game controller that can be connected to PC for my brother. He is ten years old, but he loves computer. My parents do not want him to crazy for computer, and they do not buy computer peripheral equipments, but I think computer is interesting and good, so I want to present a thing that gives him more interest.

Network neutrality

Network neutrality came to discussion in 2005, and many people are serious rekindling of interest in it. It means the principle that Internet users should be in control of what content they view and what applications they use on the Internet. It is this neutrality that has allowed many companies, including Google or Yahoo, to launch, grow, and innovate. Fundamentally, net neutrality is about equal access to the Internet. Today, the neutrality of the Internet is at stake as the broadband carriers want Congress's permission to determine what content gets to you first and fastest. In Japan, The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) is planning to make the institute of network neutrality from October in 2006 to 2008.
